You have to reach your learning goal as fast as possible. As your coach this is my highest priority. Therefore the whole process begins with a crystal clear agreement on objectives: A specific and verifiable situation that embodies a significant and yet realistic improvement is defined in every detail and has to be accomplished until an exact date.

The path to this goal is then broken down into single steps and a first intermediate goal is agreed upon. Finally, the actual learning takes place: Learning strategies are mobilised, learning activities are defined, in which you gather experience and reflect on specific content. During the coaching sessions the newly acquired knowledge is bundled up further, sorted and of course practiced, uncertainties are eradicated. And of course your learning process is constantly optimized to ensure that you use your own ressources as beneficially as possible.

The key to success is your personal motivation! – Learning a language is hard. No question about it. It means intense work for weeks and months. And still you are highly motivated and willing to go on this journey. Capturing your motivation, keeping it up and even building it up further is a crucial trademark of my work as a coach. Thus intense learning is always fun, your curiosity and your thirst for knowledge never run dry. An exact agreement on objectives, constant and clearly visible achievements as well as activating your most successful learning strategies guarantee that you reach your goals.
